Fox Livewire jersey

fox livewire jersey fox livewire jersey

This is a recent purchase and so whilst I haven't worn it much so far I have worn it enough for a brief review.

Available in a range of colours I went for the eye catching 'burnt orange' as I was getting fed up of the all black that is my usual colour of choice.

Whilst the desing looks quite 'freeride' the fox livewire jersey is aimed fairly and squarely at the XC market forming part of Fox's 'cross-country' range. It features:

  • sublimated artwork (a fox logo on the front)
  • 3 traditional rear pockets of the type normally found on an xc top
  • sunglass wipe sewn into front hem
  • a full front zip

The fit is XC tight i.e.figure hugging even though I went for the large size so please don't buy one if you are one of the many beer-bellied bikers that I see around on the hills. Perhaps something more baggy would be more up your street.

The fabric is the normal wicking fabric that will keep you cool and dry on summer days or when used as a layer underneath a jacket.

The price at £29-99 is not cheap but it's reasonable. Further updates to follow.
